1. Scope of services

ZEBA Interiors provides bespoke furniture manufacture, interior design consultancy, fabric sourcing, and related soft furnishing services to clients across the United Kingdom. The precise scope of work, deliverables, and specifications for each project are agreed in writing via a signed quotation or design brief before production begins. Nothing in these terms limits the specific terms set out in your individual quotation, which take precedence where there is any conflict.

2. Payment terms

Payment terms are confirmed in your written quotation. As a general guide:

• A non-refundable deposit, as specified in your quotation, is required to confirm your order and allow us to procure materials and reserve production capacity.
• The outstanding balance is due prior to delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For commercial or trade projects, staged payment milestones will be set out in the project agreement.
• Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

3. Project timelines

Lead times provided at the point of quotation are estimates based on our current production schedule and supplier availability. Bespoke items are handcrafted to order and lead times may vary. We will keep you informed of any significant changes. ZEBA Interiors accepts no liability for losses arising from delays that are outside our reasonable control, including supplier disruption, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Client responsibilities

To allow us to complete your project to the highest standard, you agree to:

• Provide accurate dimensions, site plans, and access information in a timely manner. ZEBA Interiors accepts no liability for pieces that do not fit due to inaccurate measurements supplied by the client.
• Review and approve all designs, fabric selections, and specifications in writing before production commences. Changes requested after approval may incur additional costs and affect lead times.
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the site for delivery and installation on the agreed date. Failed deliveries due to access issues may incur a redelivery charge.

5. Cancellations

Once a deposit has been paid and production has commenced, cancellation of the order will result in the deposit being forfeited. If materials have been cut or significant work has been carried out, ZEBA Interiors reserves the right to invoice for reasonable costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, up to the full contract value. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@zebainteriors.co.uk. Consumer clients retain statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which take precedence over these terms where applicable.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, drawings, mood boards, concept visuals, and creative work produced by ZEBA Interiors remain the intellectual property of ZEBA HOME INTERIORS (LEEDS) LIMITED unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce or share our design work with third parties without our prior consent. All content on this website, including photography, graphics, and copy, is owned by or licensed to ZEBA HOME INTERIORS (LEEDS) LIMITED and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to ZEBA HOME INTERIORS (LEEDS) LIMITED for that project.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, or damage to goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
