Private Luxury Residence

The brief

A substantial private residence in West Yorkshire, with ZEBA responsible for the complete soft furnishings package across every room. Whole-home projects of this scale succeed or fail on coherence: the risk is a series of individually good rooms that do not belong to the same house.

Our approach

We designed and produced the scheme as a single collection rather than room-by-room commissions. Custom curtains, handcrafted rugs, bespoke upholstered furniture and decorative wall art were each informed by the overall vision, so decisions in one room deliberately echo or balance those in another. Being local to the property meant site visits throughout, which is a practical advantage on a project spanning this many rooms.

Materials and fabrics

Curtains were made with hand-sewn headings, and rugs handcrafted to each room's dimensions. Upholstery, curtaining and wall art were selected together so that texture and tone carry through the house, with variation used intentionally between rooms rather than arriving by accident from separate sourcing decisions.

The result

A home that feels genuinely personal rather than assembled from a showroom floor. The interior reflects the client's taste because every element was made for them, and the house holds together as one scheme from room to room.
